Influencer marketing and food supplements

In the evolving landscape of digital media, the rise of influencers has created a new dynamic. Influencers directly connect with their audiences ranging from hundreds to millions without traditional editorial control. They post about their daily lives and mention, often or occasionally, the products and brands they claim to like. By incorporating products and brands into their content, they have revolutionized marketing strategies. This shift offers advertisers, particularly those targeting younger demographics, fresh opportunities through informal posts or formal partnerships.

At the same time however, influencers' autonomy and vast reach means it has become especially challenging to monitorthem, verify their claims, and ensure compliance to regulations. This new dynamic calls for proactive oversight to protect consumers in the influencer marketing landscape.
